Job Summary
Lead server role responsible for mentoring and assisting new servers, addressing guest concerns, and maintaining high-quality service standards. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, coordinating with kitchen and staff, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages, maintaining menu knowledge, training teammates, resolving guest issues professionally, and supporting opening/closing duties. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years of serving experience, strong customer service and leadership abilities, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
