Job Summary

Conduct legal and policy analysis to inform federal and state priorities on reproductive health, rights, and justice. Produce written materials including memoranda, reports, public comments, testimony, and fact sheets for internal and external audiences. Track federal and state laws and regulations while collaborating with coalitions to develop resources, coordinate rapid responses, and participate in amicus briefs. Work with the Congressional Relations team to respond to technical assistance requests from policymakers and represent the organization in meetings, briefings, and public forums. This one-year fellowship begins in September 2027 and offers recent law school graduates a launchpad into future health equity leadership within the National Partnership for Women & Families.

Required Qualifications

  • Recent law school graduate
  • JD required
  • Demonstrated commitment to and experience with gender and racial justice issues including in applying intersectional analysis to social justice work
  • Must be fully vaccinated and completely up to date via an FDA authorized and/or approved COVID-19 vaccination
  • Must be in the office a minimum of 4 days per month
