Job Summary
Provide basic care services including bathing, grooming, and feeding while ensuring residents receive essential social and emotional support. Report vital information on resident conditions to Nurses and support resident admissions, transfers, and meals. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure smooth shift transitions. Participate in a comprehensive, paid training program covering 75 hours of instruction, hands-on clinical training, and job mentoring to become a certified State Registered Nurse Aide. Work 8 or 12 hour shifts with flexible scheduling options.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to enter an approved Nurse Aide Training Program
- Will be required to pass state approved competency evaluation within 120 days from the date of hire
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care
