Job Summary
Prepare and pour alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to approved recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines while providing timely service to guests. Monitor guest alcohol consumption, intervene appropriately, and adhere to responsible beverage service laws and ID verification procedures. Operate POS systems for cash, credit, and comp transactions, maintain a clean and stocked bar station, and ensure all equipment meets sanitation standards. Promote casino events, resolve service issues professionally, and support special events or portable bar operations as assigned. Remove debris, clean surfaces, and maintain bar equipment safely. Must be at least 21 years old with six months of bartending experience preferred, able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs require
- Must meet professional appearance and grooming standards
- Ability to respond quickly to visual and verbal cues and maintain focus in a high-volume service environment

- Minimum of six months of related bartending or beverage service experience
