Hematology/Oncology Fellowship Program at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA, is seeking to fill one PGY-5 fellowship position. Requires MD or DO, three years of ACGME Internal Medicine residency, and one year of Hematology/Oncology fellowship. Visa sponsorship available for J-1 candidates. Materials: CV, Personal Statement, 3+ LORs (one from most recent program director), USMLE Step 1 (pass/fail) and Step 2 CK, First-year fellow schedule, Summative evaluation. Required Qualifications
- Qualified MD or DO applicants must have successfully completed three years of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency and one year of a Hematology/Oncology fellowship

- Submit all of the following materials by Friday, May 29: CV, Personal Statement, at least three letters of recommendation (including one from the most recent program director), USMLE Step 1 (pass/fail) and Step 2 CK results, First-year fellow schedule, Summative evaluation
