Job Summary
Program Analyst to support the VA OIT with responsibilities including conducting research, analyzing data, identifying trends, preparing reports, determining program requirements, drafting new or revised policies and procedures, assisting with budgets and schedules, tracking metrics, and evaluating operations. Requires strong analytical skills (qualitative and quantitative), ability to assess and improve programs and business processes, and experience in organizational change management. A Bachelor's degree and US work authorization are required; ability to obtain a Tier II Moderate Risk Background Investigation. The role emphasizes adaptability and proactive problem solving in a dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years related experience
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Experience in planning, analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of operating programs
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier II Moderate Risk Background Investigation
