Job Summary
IM/IT Technician providing customer IT support and management of desktops, peripherals, printers, and related devices. Responsibilities include installation/configuration of workstations and software, troubleshooting hardware/software problems, handling Trouble Ticket/Service Ticket tracking, transferring and backing up customer data during hardware replacements, maintaining user accounts in Active Directory, monitoring UPS/server room components, supporting asset management and lifecycle processes, and performing cyber security scans and related tasks. Requires 3-5 years of helpdesk/systems experience and DoD 8570-M compliant certifications, with ability to pass a background check.
Required Qualifications
- Certifications must meet DoD 8570.01-M requirements
- Years of Professional Experience: Three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years. Includes one year of specialized experience related to Military Treatment Facility Information Systems Help Desk operations.
- 3-5 years helpdesk/systems experience.
