The Gathering Program Facilitator- PT

Facilitate The Gathering dementia group respite program and create a warm, inclusive environment. Lead engaging activities such as arts/crafts, active games, music, brain games, exercise, and table games using curriculum developed by the program coordinator. Supervise and support program volunteers; act as a team member to grow The Gathering and Lyngblomsten Community Services. Part-time role (21 hours/week across three weekdays) at the St. Paul campuses; pay range $20-$26/hour, with offers aligned to experience and market conditions. Requires strong communication, facilitation, organizational, problem-solving, and assessment skills; experience with dementia and diverse populations; proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to work independently and collaboratively; reliable transportation.
