Cook orders in a timely manner according to memorized standard recipes and monitor food production to ensure quality standards are met. Receive and prepare food orders, coordinate pick-ups, and maintain cleanliness of work stations and storage areas. Control waste by monitoring proper rotation, storage, and quantity control while maintaining inventory of station and order stock. Consistently apply established safety and sanitation procedures. This role requires a minimum of one year of cook experience, the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 75 pounds, plus the capacity to reach, grasp, bend, kneel, and twist at the waist.
