The Foundervine Graduate Scheme

The Foundervine Graduate Scheme is a 12-month programme designed to cultivate the next generation of professionals in the entrepreneurship ecosystem. You will work directly with the CEO and COO at the executive core depending on placement, tackling strategy, partnerships, external presence, and operational execution. Responsibilities include drafting and managing responses to executive emails, preparing materials for partnerships/investor/stakeholder conversations, supporting research to inform strategy and external positioning, turning ideas into structured documents/presentations/briefings, supporting brand, content, and narrative work, coordinating follow-through on senior-level commitments, and assisting with internal systems, process design, and cross-team initiatives. Ideal candidates are strong communicators, comfortable with ambiguity, proactively pushing forward, highly organized, analytically capable, and motivated by Foundervine's mission to support underrepresented founders.
