Job Summary
Organize and oversee site operations under the supervision of the Site Manager, coordinating daily work for labor crews, equipment operators, and subcontractors. Execute tasks according to design specifications and project plans while assigning responsibilities and establishing work schedules. Maintain progress records and update the Site Manager on project evolution through daily and weekly meetings. Manage the construction timeline and ensure strict adherence to deadlines. Requires a relevant technical degree, minimum ten years of experience in building projects, and proficiency in reading structural and surveying drawings. Fluency in English and computer skills (AutoCAD, MS Office) are advantageous. Full-time role within the GEK Terna Group offering life and health insurance benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 10 ετή κατ’ ελάχιστο εμπειρία ως εργοδηγός σε κτιριακά έργα
- Εμπειρία σε σκυροδέτηση, μεταλλικές κατασκευές, διαρρυθμίσεις και εσωτερικές κατασκευές
- Γνώση εφαρμογής στατικών, τοπογραφικών και τεχνικών σχεδίων
- Οργανωτικότητα και μεθοδικότητα
- Άριστες ικανότητες επικοινωνίας με το τεχνικό προσωπικό
- Προσαρμοστικότητα και ταχύτητα στη λήψη αποφάσεων & πρωτοβουλιών
- Εργασία υπό πίεση και αυστηρά χρονοδιαγράμματα
Desired Qualifications
- Επιθυμητό πτυχίο Πολιτικού Μηχανικού ΤΕΙ ή Τεχνικής Σχολής ανάλογης ειδικότητας
- Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας συνεκτιμάται
- Καλή γνώση Η/Υ (AutoCAD, MS Office) συνεκτιμάται
