Job Summary
The Assistant Manager at the D Hotel & Casino is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and overseeing daily hotel operations. Key duties include training and guiding employees, managing employee schedules, and maintaining communication across departments. The role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and previous supervisory experience in hotel operations. Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Computer literate with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Two (2) years of front office supervisory experience
- Previous experience in most aspects of hotel operations
- Must be twenty one (21) years of age or older
- Knowledgeable of Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English in both written and oral forms
