Provide outstanding guest service while maintaining safety throughout the property. Patrol assigned areas, observe and report unusual or suspicious behavior, and protect assets from theft, assault, and other safety issues. Escalate emergencies to supervisors as needed. Adhere to company service standards and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations. Communicate effectively in English with guests and team members. Must be able to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, and be at least 21 years of age with the ability to obtain required work cards and complete the training academy.
