Job Summary
Provide outstanding, friendly, and informative guest service while maintaining safety throughout the property by periodically patrolling assigned areas. Adhere to company service and operating standards, ensuring direct reports comply with all policies. Assist the Supervisor in day-to-day activities, including training, planning, assigning work, appraising performance, and resolving guest complaints. Protect company assets against theft, assault, and fire by observing and reporting unusual behavior, escalating emergencies to management as needed. Complete shift administration accurately and on time, including incident reports, logs, and statistics. Maintain a professional departmental presence and establish effective relationships with team members and guests.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form
- Understand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies, and procedures
- Ability to multitask
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays
- Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationship with Team Members and Guests
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain required work cards
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Complete property academy as assigned
- Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods of time
- Ability to see color
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
