Job Summary
Cluster Content Writer – Digital Platforms at Radisson Hotel Group is responsible for developing engaging, brand-aligned content across websites, social media, blogs, newsletters, and digital campaigns. Create SEO-friendly copy, craft storytelling reflecting each property's identity, adapt content for various audiences, monitor trends, and contribute to AI visibility/local search content. Maintain website content, write destination content for organic search growth, ensure alignment with brand standards, and produce monthly performance reports with insights. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or professional qualification) and 2–3 years of experience in content writing, digital marketing, or hospitality marketing; strong English, copywriting, SEO knowledge, and familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Canva, ChatGPT) are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in content writing, digital marketing, journalism, or hospitality marketing
- Excellent command of English with strong grammar and copywriting skills
- Knowledge of SEO, social media trends, and digital content best practices
- Experience in hospitality or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage
- Familiarity with AI tools, Canva, ChatGPT, and digital publishing platforms is preferred
