Job Summary
Position at FSRI: Provides supervision, support, and guidance to MPA staff; delivers emergency crisis intervention/assessment as needed; supervises clinical and administrative documentation; oversees provision of services to clients and families; manages the therapeutic milieu and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations; requires a Masters and LICSW/LMHC/LMFT or doctorate; 10+ years of clinical supervisory experience; extensive experience in pediatric inpatient/day programs or special education; budgeting, fundraising, and grant-writing responsibilities; travel to client residences and locations; physical crisis intervention training; bilingual/multilingual compensation and diverse, inclusive workplace culture; comprehensive benefits package offered.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in human services (psychology, social work, marriage/family, etc.) required
- LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or doctorate in psychology/behavioral health required
- 10+ years prior clinical supervisory experience required
- Minimum 5 years experience in day or inpatient children’s psychiatric hospital, or 7 years in a special education setting required
- 5+ years experience running/supervising an independent program/agency/facility required
- Significant experience with program budgeting, fundraising, and grant-writing
- Possession of a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance required
