Deliver engaging social studies curriculum to high school girls with complex emotional/behavioral needs in a clinical residential setting. Develop and monitor student IEPs in accordance with Department of Education regulations, and collaborate with the management team to ensure safety, stability and wellbeing. The role is full-time (32 hours/week, year-round) in Providence and surrounding locations in Rhode Island. Requires a Bachelor's in Teaching or Education and RI certification in regular or special education; Spanish-speaking preferred (compensated) with potential additional compensation for bilingual/ASL and multilingual abilities. Master’s degree may add $3,000; additional compensation for educators certified to teach multiple subjects. Travel to community locations and office site, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to lift up to 20lbs. Training in de-escalation (Handle with Care) may be required.
