Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse role at Lakeshore Care Center in Coquitlam. Responsibilities include resident admissions, discharges and transfers; resident assessments and care planning; administration of medications, treatments and wound care; working with electronic documentation (PointClickCare) and MDS Assessments; liaison with physicians, families and other members of the care team; delegation of tasks to unregulated care providers; participation in Care Conferences and Medication reviews. Schedule: four days on, two days off rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with BCCNM
- Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
- Competent in electronic documentation and eMar
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Proof of Vaccination
