Job Summary
Registered Nurse opportunities at Braddan Private Hospital (The Care Group) in Vancouver, BC. Responsibilities include resident admissions, discharges and transfers; resident assessments and care planning; administration of medications, treatments and wound care; proficient use of electronic documentation (PointClickCare) and eMar; liaising with physicians, families, and care-team members; delegating tasks to unregulated care providers; participating in care conferences and medication reviews; and fulfilling Charge Nurse responsibilities. Requires registration with BCCNM, CPR/First Aid, proficiency with electronic documentation, English fluency, and vaccination proof. Previous long-term care experience preferred.
