Job Summary
Greet guests with personalized service, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction while maintaining a fully equipped service station and storeroom. Clear tables, reset seating to venue standards, and assist with clearing and restocking inventory as needed. Collaborate with hosts, supervisors, servers, and kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations, while cleaning side stations, managing flatware, and upholding high cleanliness standards. Work flexible shifts in a 24-hour, seven-day environment, adhering to Tribal Gaming Agency licensing requirements and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, and procedure manuals
- Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency
- Must successfully pass a drug screening test
- Must be able to successfully pass applicable auditions or skill testing
- Must be flexible to work any and all shifts
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous restaurant and/or guest service experience
