Job Summary
Lead regional commercial agenda for Diageo brands in Caribbean markets, co-own the capabilities agenda, oversee strategy, execution, and performance management, and act as the key commercial interface with global brand owners to ensure brand integrity, pricing discipline, and profitable growth through the distributor model. Responsible for performance metrics (volume, NSV, market share, promo ROI), pricing architecture, CAP inputs, CAP governance, and trade programs across markets. Travel up to 40% regionally; requires collaboration with cross-functional teams; requires Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in related field, with 5 years in commercial roles within Spirits/Beverage/FMCG; fluency in English and Spanish is an asset; residing option in the Caribbean or Panamá.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field
- Five (5) years proven experience in commercial roles within the Spirits, Beverage, and/or FMCG industry
- Proven experience in pricing, promotion planning, and distributor engagement
- Experience across multi-market or Caribbean territories is preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) will be an asset
