Job Summary
Overnight, property-wide leadership as the Night Manager on Duty, directing all hotel operations during the overnight shift. Ensures the highest levels of hospitality and service, represents property management in resolving guest or property-related situations, and guides a team of overnight staff to meet safety, guest satisfaction, and financial objectives. Responsibilities include monitoring operations, maintaining supply levels, enforcing grooming and safety standards, managing inventories, reviewing financial data to drive improvements, resolving guest issues, overseeing accounts receivable and chargebacks, coordinating payroll, and supporting HR activities such as employee training, performance appraisals, and relations. The role collaborates with the leadership team to implement action plans, uphold SOPs/LSOPs, and sustain productive, compliant, and guest-focused operations across the property in Bodrum, Türkiye.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 5 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 3 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
