Job Summary
Senior/Principal Consultant role within The Barton Partnership's Private Equity recruitment practice. Drive growth by developing a broad candidate network, building and managing client relationships across sectors, and leading interview and offer processes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Focus areas include talent acquisition strategy, candidate experience, business development, and contributing to internal Talent Acquisition initiatives, with an emphasis on advising clients and delivering strategic recruitment solutions across Strategy & M&A, Digital, Data & Analytics, ESG & Sustainability, and Transformation & Change. The role supports career-path flexibility across full lifecycle recruitment in a global team with offices in London, New York, Chicago, Paris, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience recruiting in the Private Equity sector with a strong track record.
