Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales in a fast-paced sneaker-retail environment at The Athlete’s Foot. Help customers select correctly fitted footwear for health and performance, engage with local health professionals and community groups, promote premium products, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. Demonstrate knowledge of sneaker culture and streetwear, listen to customer feedback, meet or exceed sales targets, and stay available for late-night trades and weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer service experience (Retail, hospitality, supermarket retail)
- Ability to work well within a fast paced and energetic team environment
- Self-motivated and willingness in meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Full availability on late night trade and weekends
- A commitment to provide exceptional customer service and unforgettable shopping experience
- Passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
- Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
