Job Summary
Design and deliver high-impact training modules for accent neutralization and global communication, while coaching team members on corporate etiquette, professional grooming, and cross-cultural standards. Identify communication gaps to architect customized learning paths and track progress against "Global Voice" benchmarks. Master voice training for neutral and global accents, creating engaging materials from scratch to transform raw talent into polished professionals. Work Monday through Friday in a flexible schedule, aligning with UK afternoon or Australian early morning shifts to ensure consistent training across both markets.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ Year in V&A / Soft Skills Training
- Must be open to working flexible hours to accommodate both UK and Australian shift timings
- Deep understanding of global accents
- Ability to switch training styles based on the target market (UK vs AUS)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate (English/Communication background preferred)
- Mastery in voice and accent training (neutral/global accents)
- Ability to create engaging training materials from scratch
- Deep understanding of professional behavior in an international business environment
