Job Summary
Engineering Financial Analyst (Program Cost Controls) supporting EVMS processes, EAC/LRE development, and cost/schedule control for THAAD-related program. Responsibilities include creating quarterly EACs and monthly LREs, testing reasonableness, risk/opportunity assessment, detailed EV and financial analysis to budget baseline and EAC positions, preparing forecasts, monitoring actual costs, and documenting variances. Work with Control Account Managers, Program leads, and engineering/product teams to drive predictable cost and schedule using SAP EV, IMS, APEX, and PMX reporting tools. Requires self-sufficiency and collaboration across functional teams to meet program commitments. Preferred to have knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government procurement processes; advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP/APEX are desired.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 8 years prior relevant experience OR Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years experience
- Experience with SAP, APEX, or similar system
- Experience with MS Office tools, especially Excel
- Knowledge of FAR/DFARS or government procurement regulations (preferred)
