Job Summary
Lead the Care Case Management workstream for application and data migration projects, managing requirements gathering, gap analysis, end-user communication, and test preparation within HIPAA-constrained environments. Facilitate consensus among stakeholders and deliver clear oral and written communications to business owners, IT teams, and senior leadership while driving alignment for program success. Execute project schedules, create dashboards, and manage status reports using standard tools, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work-products across IT, HR, and Finance functional processes.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates MUST have a technical project management background
- managing application and data migration projects specifically in a Care Case Management environment
- experience working with HIPAA constrained data elements
- experience with electronic health records (EHR)
- experience with electronic medical records (EMR)

- Project Manager/Workstream Lead experience - Required - 15 Years
- Project Management experience in a Care Case Management-related environment - Required
- PM experience working with Application and Data Migration projects, specifically - Required
- Experience working with HIPAA-constrained data elements - Required
- Experience with data elements related to EHR, EMR, patient case management, and claims processing - Required
- Experience working within a PMO - Required - 10 Years
- Experience with Scrum, Waterfall, & SAFe methodologies - Required - 5 Years
- Experience negotiating and influencing - Required - 5 Years
- Experience working with senior leadership to create alignment in order to support program success - Required - 5 Years
- Delivering programs that support agile/iterative transformation communication design and execution, training plan design and facilitation etc - Required - 5 Years
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) - Required
- Candidate must work EST business hours
- LOCAL candidates who would have the ability to be in the office in the rare case a need would arise would be IDEAL and would be given preference
- This position can be a fully remote position
- client only wants candidates located in the same Eastern Time Zone submitted for the position
