TH: Elementary Education Teacher, Kindergarten, 1.0 FTE, 2026/27 school year

Teach district-approved curriculum and instruct pupils in citizenship and basic subject matter. Develop lesson plans and provide individualized and small group instruction to adapt the curriculum to each student's needs. Establish standards of pupil behavior, evaluate academic and social growth, and maintain appropriate records and progress reports. Communicate regularly with parents via emails, newsletters, notes, phone calls, and conferences. Create a flexible learning environment with functional displays and interest centers while supervising students and volunteers. Identify pupil needs, make referrals, and develop strategies for individual education plans. Work alongside paraprofessionals, parents, and volunteers in the classroom and on field trips. Available for education-related purposes outside the instructional day.
