Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons for Grades VI to X aligned with the CBSE curriculum, utilizing activity-based and inquiry-driven methodologies. Develop annual, unit, and lesson plans while integrating technology to enhance learning. Design and evaluate formative and summative assessments, analyze data to improve outcomes, and provide timely feedback to students and parents. Conduct remedial and enrichment sessions, mentor student growth, and facilitate participation in Olympiads, clubs, and STEM activities. Maintain accurate records of progress and attendance. Establish a disciplined classroom environment, collaborate with colleagues, and communicate regularly with parents during PTMs. Attend staff meetings and adhere to school policies and CBSE norms.
