Job Summary
Lead engaging after-school flag football and golf sessions for elementary-aged children, delivering structured group activities that support skill-building and confidence. Engage students in fun, outdoor activities while carrying equipment and maintaining an active presence. Available to work midweek after-school hours with performance bonuses and on-the-job training. This role is part of Super Soccer Stars' mission to help youth build skills and physical literacy through educational, non-competitive coaching programs.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of flag football, golf, or similar youth sports
- Ability to engage elementary-aged students in fun, structured group activities
- Able to carry 35 lbs of equipment
- Able to be active outdoors while leading sessions
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Available to work midweek after-school hours
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working with elementary-aged children, such as coaching kids around ages 6-11, leading after-school groups, or teaching young beginners
