Manage project workflows according to HOAI LP 8 standards and act as the primary contact for clients and project managers. Ensure all contractual obligations are met while monitoring schedules, costs, and quality. Lead and document construction meetings, verify bill of quantities for bidder submission, and support procurement negotiations. Analyze projects for cost efficiency and quality improvements. Requires a degree in supply, energy, or environmental engineering plus knowledge of construction law. Salary negotiable; offers flexible hours, home-office options, and a location with modern equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Ein Studium (Diplom/Bachelor/Master) im Bereich der Versorgungstechnik, Energie- und Umwelttechnik, Verfahrenstechnik oder eine Meister- oder Technikerausbildung
- Gute technische Kenntnisse der HKLS Gewerke
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bau-, Planungs- und Vertragsrecht
- Sicheres Auftreten bei der Verhandlungsführung und Auftragsvergabe
- Durchsetzungsvermögen und Souveränität; auch in stressigen Situationen
