Job Summary
Responsible for supervising the table games pit to ensure game integrity and guest satisfaction; enforce performance standards, policies, and procedures; monitor bankroll and shift-change counts; observe games to ensure accuracy, pace, and protection; promote positive guest relations; assist in training and evaluating subordinate Team Members; track players’ buy-ins, length of play, win/loss, and average bet; knowledge of local gaming laws and company controls; maintain electronic and manual reports; lead shift coordination with Supervisors I/II and provide a professional departmental, company, and community reputation; ensure safety and compliance with established guidelines and maintain attendance; position typically supervises about 5 Team Members.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Supervisor I minimum: three months dealing all table games and/or poker
- Supervisor II minimum: dealing for one year and one year as Supervisor I or dealing for three months and eighteen months at Supervisor I
- Valid Blue Lake Tribal Gaming Commission License
- TIPS training certificate within three months of employment and maintained thereafter
