Job Summary
Direct Support Professional in a Supported Living group home in Athens, PA. Full-time role supporting individuals with disabilities with personal care, medication administration, crisis management, and community integration. Responsibilities include implementing ISPs, documenting outcomes in the agency’s electronic health record, completing mandatory training, ensuring policy compliance, and acting as an advocate for individuals. Must have a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, no criminal record, and U.S. citizenship; ability to lift up to 100 pounds, work varied shifts including evenings/weekends/holidays, and obtain required certifications. Pre-employment physical and TB testing required.
