Job Summary
Therapy Field Staff Supervisor (TFSS) oversees and coordinates home health therapy services, monitors adherence to regulatory guidelines, reviews Physician-ordered Plan of Care and related assessments (POC/485, ROC), manages documentation and coordination workflows, and provides leadership to field clinicians. The role includes liaison duties between referrals, patients, caregivers, and employees; ensures timely completion of orders and regulatory compliance; supports administrative clinical functions and case conferences, and contributes to delivering quality in-home care. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Physical, Occupational, or Speech therapy, NYS therapy license, and 3 years of healthcare experience with at least 1 year in home health; supervisory experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical, Occupational or Speech required.
- Current, valid Therapy license (PT/OT/ST) issued by NYS Department of Education required.
- Three (3) years' experience in the health care industry with a minimum of 1 year experience in home health care.
