Job Summary
Associate-level Asset Analyst supporting transmission asset data integrity in IPS: perform print reviews of capital project drawings, assist in documenting changes, manage asset attribute data, monitor and maintain IPS data accuracy, support creation of location hierarchy and asset entries, coordinate with field teams, track overdue commissioning actions, and help generate reports using PowerBI. Requires entry-level technical skills, ability to work with limited supervision, and experience with asset data management workflows; travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of data/record management experience
- or an Associate's Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Civil/Mechanical Engineering Technology or related fields
- Proficient in MS Excel, Visio and Outlook and data entry
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
