Job Summary
Conduct primary filling line operations, including machine adjustments, vision system challenges, and minor label/tape changes. Review and accurately complete all batch records, PLCLs, and related paperwork while checking product components for accuracy. Coordinate room cleans, manage supply levels, and ensure proper line clearance between jobs. Maintain First Aid and CPR certifications, assist with employee training, and communicate issues to the Shift Supervisor. Comply with all safety, quality, and GMP practices to ensure smooth line changeovers and steady work flow.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years similar experience
- Basic Mechanical and mathematical aptitude
- The ability to work independently, without supervision
- Ability to organize priorities and workload
- Flexibly works other shifts, shifts maybe 8, 10 or 12 hours as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Associates Degree or equivalent combination
- Lead/Group Leader experience
