TFL Lead Operator 2nd Shift

Job Summary
Conduct primary filling line operations, including training other operators, reviewing batch records, and adjusting machine settings for quality and efficiency. Maintain necessary supply levels of materials, coordinate room cleans, and ensure proper line clearance between jobs. Check product and component accuracy, communicate problems to the Shift Supervisor, and resolve maintenance issues promptly. Comply with all safety, quality, and GMP practices while modeling quality behaviors. Maintain First Aid and CPR certifications and assist with employee training needs. Flexibly work shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years similar experience
- Basic Mechanical and mathematical aptitude
- The ability to work independently, without supervision
- Ability to organize priorities and workload
- Flexibly works other shifts, shifts maybe 8, 10 or 12 hours as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Associates Degree or equivalent combination
- Lead/Group Leader experience
