Job Summary

TFDM Triage Manager responsibilities include staffing and hiring activities for the Test team (interviewing and evaluating candidates), potential direct reports and development/succession planning; ensuring AIMs and Help Desk Tickets are prioritized and updated; collaborating with engineering to ensure timely ticket updates and appropriate staffing; creating metrics on ticket resolution times, ticket categories, and site activity; and supporting debugging of AIMs/Help Desk Tickets while applying SDLC discipline and experience in both Waterfall and Agile approaches to support critical FAA NextGen TFDM initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of relevant experience OR Masters with 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of full software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Demonstrated ability to debug AIMs/Help Desk Tickets
  • Experience with software engineering and multi-tasking in fast-paced environments
  • Experience with execution under Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with National Air Space and FAA NextGen Air Traffic control programs is desired but not required
