Job Summary
Lead outage crews including crafts, union technicians, and onsite services teams for on-site installation of systems, equipment, and preventive maintenance on customer sites. Respond to emergency repair requests, perform troubleshooting, routine maintenance checkout, and aftermarket upgrades for a wide range of equipment vintage. Conduct walk-downs during installation to ensure contractor compliance, sign off on implemented changes, and drive customer satisfaction through commitment to quality and safety standards. Perform administrative functions such as writing technical reports, ordering materials, securing quotations, and preparing job status and expense sheets. Requires 80% annual travel to work locally and offshore.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering field from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Power Plant Maintenance, Generator Maintenance, or Power Plant Equipment Installation or Commissioning
- Good technical knowledge of Steam Turbine plant
- Willingness and ability to travel 80% annually to work locally and off shore
- Fluency in English
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport
