Job Summary
The Associate I, Textiles Production will sort donated textiles by season, color, and quality, hang, price, tag, and prepare textile items for sale on the sales floor, and determine which items meet sale standards. Responsibilities include inspecting textiles for saleability, loading items onto Z-racks, researching item value to price according to company standards, and providing excellent customer service. The role may involve occasional customer contact, cross-training in other departments, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and working a varied schedule including weekends/evenings/holidays. Education typically includes a High School diploma or equivalent; one year retail experience preferred. Physical duties include lifting and handling materials with equipment like a dolly and pallet jack.
