Textile Sales Associate - Portage - FT

Assist in receiving, sorting, pricing, tagging, and stocking donated textiles to maintain a fast-paced store flow. Meet a minimum productivity rate of 80 pieces per hour and process donations promptly. Transport carts to the sales floor, organize racks, and maintain stock efficiency. Use tagging guns and basic equipment, adhere to dress code, and provide courteous service while following Goodwill mission and core values. Track daily PPH, participate in ongoing coaching to reach higher pay levels, and support overall store operations. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with a flexible schedule in a retail environment.
