Job Summary
Textile Sales Associate responsibilities include receiving, sorting, pricing, tagging, and stocking donated textiles, maintaining a quick flow from donation to sales floor in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires organizing racks, processing donations promptly, and meeting piece-per-hour targets (80 PPH) with staged pay levels ($11/hour Training; $15/hour at 80 PPH; $16/hour at 91-110 PPH; $17/hour at 111-130+ PPH). Daily PPH tracking and adherence to dress code and customer service standards are expected. The position is part-time at a Merrillville, IN location, with flexible schedules and the need to work within state minimum wage regulations. Qualifications include basic literacy/numeracy, ability to make quick decisions, tactful communication, and familiarity with current clothing, footwear, and related items.

- Ability to frequently bend, twist, push, pull, reach above shoulder level, crouch or stoop, kneel, repetitively use feet, and use head and neck in a twisting or static motion and to look up and/or down, and lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to utilize light industrial equipment including: Tagging gun, stickers, tags, standard office supplies; Pallet stacker, pallet jack; Compactor, must be 18 to operate
