Job Summary
Textile Sales Associate in Hobart, IN (Part-Time) assisting in receiving, sorting, pricing, tagging, and stocking donated textiles, maintaining fast-paced store operations, and providing customer service. The role involves achieving a minimum of 80 pieces per hour (PPH) during training with scaling pay levels from $11/hour up to $17/hour for higher performance brackets; daily PPH tracking; following Goodwill mission and core values; and performing other duties as assigned. Must be authorized to work in the United States with flexible availability and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The position emphasizes sorting, tagging, pricing textiles, stock organization, and helping drive efficient store operations while adhering to retail practices and dress code.

- Able to frequently bend, twist, push, pull, reach above shoulder level, crouch or stoop, kneel, repetitively use feet, and use head and neck in a twisting or static motion and to look up and/or down, and lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

- Ability to make quick and accurate decisions
- Tactful communication with the public and co-workers
- Ability to utilize light industrial equipment including tagging gun, pallet jack, and related tools
