Textile Sales Associate - Hobart - FT

Textile Sales Associate will sort, price, tag and stock donated textiles, and process donations to support a fast-paced Goodwill retail store. Responsibilities include maintaining quality while processing donations at a minimum rate of 80 pieces per hour, retrieving production sheets, transporting carts, organizing racks, and ensuring timely stocking. The role encompasses learning and applying pay level progression (Starting at $11/hour with increases to $15, $16, and $17 as performance targets are met), daily PPH recording, and adherence to retail practices and dress code. Required skills include familiarity with clothing, shoes, furniture, and brand names; strong decision-making, tactful communication, and customer service; ability to work varying schedules; and use of light industrial equipment such as tagging guns, stickers, pallet jacks, and a compactor. The position is in Hobart, Indiana, United States, and requires being authorized to work in the U.S. with flexible availability and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
