Job Summary
Textile Sales Associate in Griffith, IN (Part Time) responsible for sorting, pricing, tagging, and stocking donated textiles to maintain flow from donation to sales floor. Tasks include processing donations, transporting carts, organizing racks, and meeting a minimum throughput of 80 pieces per hour with adherence to quality standards. Compensation is structured by pay levels starting at $11/hour with progressive increases for higher PPH performance; daily PPH tracking is required. Must be authorized to work in the United States, have flexible availability, and be able to perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 lbs. Familiarity with retail practices, current clothing and brand knowledge, and strong communication with customers and co-workers are expected. Eligible to work in Griffith, IN with standard dress code compliance and basic literacy/numeracy skills.
Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability.
- Able to frequently bend, twist, push, pull, reach above shoulder level, crouch or stoop, kneel, repetitively use feet, and use head and neck in a twisting or static motion and to look up and/or down, and lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to utilize light industrial equipment including: Tagging gun, stickers, tags, standard office supplies; Pallet stacker, pallet jack; Compactor, must be 18 to operate
