Textile Sales Associate in Dyer, IN (Full-Time) supports a fast-paced Goodwill store by receiving, sorting, pricing, tagging, and stocking donations, and aiding the sales floor. Responsibilities include processing donations at a target rate (80 pieces per hour or more), moving items between the donation area and sales floor, organizing racks, and maintaining stockroom flow. Pay levels progress with performance: starting at $11/hour with four weeks to reach 80 PPH, moving up to $15, $16, and $17 per hour at higher PPH brackets. Daily PPH tracking, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, familiarity with retail practices, and good communication with the public and coworkers are required. Authorized to work in the United States and flexible availability are also required.
