Job Summary
TextCare Specialist is the telehealth frontline role coordinating care and maintaining continuity of care through multi-channel communication (text, phone, video, email). Responsibilities include triaging patients, scheduling, charting, referring, setting tasks, and initiating follow-up, while protecting patient information and working closely with providers to deliver seamless care. Must communicate with patients clearly and professionally, demonstrate active listening and empathy, be proficient with basic technology, and learn patient engagement software and EMR systems. Requires ability to multi-task, work independently, and thrive in a team-oriented environment. Minimum experience: 1+ years in customer service or healthcare; High school diploma or equivalent required. Works in a Part Time capacity with remote option in Chattanooga, TN, USA.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of work experience, preferably in customer service or healthcare
- CCMA (or similar clinical accreditation) strongly preferred
- Highschool diploma or equivalent required
