Job Summary
Head Coach for Texas Sports Academy Flag Football program; responsible for recruiting the founding roster (10–15 elite student-athletes), leading daily flag football training roughly 11:30am–3:30pm on school days at Elite Performance Training, building a championship schedule with Strategic Advisor Odessa Jenkins, and developing players through life-skills workshops (public speaking, NIL financial literacy, brand building, content creation). Also involved in media/content creation for TSA webinars and MasterClass-style shoots, and fostering overall athlete development and character both on and off the field.
Required Qualifications
- A proven flag football coach or pro-level player ready to lead and develop 6th–12th grade girls
- Deeply connected in the women's/girls flag football world, with a network you can recruit from
- A culture-builder and role model athletes and families trust
- Comfortable on camera and in front of a room
- Driven by one thing: making each athlete measurably better, instill confidence in the next generation
