Job Summary
Vault Operations Support role at Texas Precious Metals focuses on managing critical depository operations including inbound/outbound metals movement, packaging, shipping, and inventory integrity. Responsibilities include processing inbound and outbound packages with accuracy, maintaining inventory tracking within ERP systems, providing security escort and support for depository tours, ensuring facility cleanliness and safety protocols, and supporting daily vault and operational functions. Requires basic to intermediate computer proficiency, experience with inventory systems or ERP platforms, strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team; forklift operation training is available after hire. Required Qualifications
- Some college coursework preferred
- Experience in banking, finance, accounting, logistics, or IT helpful
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
