Job Summary
Clinical Director – Community Based Mental Health Services in Texas, part-time leadership role overseeing clinical and administrative operations for the Texas branch, including staff supervision, service development, policy/procedures, licensing, and ensuring delivery of mental health services (individual, family, couple, and group therapy) with responsibilities for referrals, assessments, billable hours, training, supervision, chart audits, and collaboration with Director/Owners.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed as LPC or LCSW in Texas
- Experience with staff supervision, program compliance, and program development
- Ability to set strategic objectives for a mid-size social services organization
- Knowledge of counseling services to youth, families, and adults with mental illness
- Ability to conduct meetings and supervise staff
- Background checks: State Police Criminal Record Check, DSS, FBI
- Tuberculosis Screening upon employment and annually thereafter
- CPR and First Aid training provided upon employment
- Ability to provide individual and family therapy; supervision of interns
